Why make a video? It lets us understand what is going on and provide the best solution. Show as many details as possible - whether the issue concerns the lock, the key, the door, etc. - and give a full explanation of the situation.
Reduce the resolution: to keep the file size down, set your camera resolution to the minimum before filming.
You can also reduce the frame rate.
Attaching the file: with Gmail, Outlook.com or Yahoo! the message size limit is 25 MB; with Apple Mail it is 20 MB. If your video is under the limit you can attach it directly to your email.
If the file is too large: use a video compressor to reduce it, then attach it; or use a service such as WeTransfer to send it to us without changing the size.
