Reimbursement policy

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

Products that have been customized are specifically excluded from this right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

a. have received your goods

b. receive the last goods in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different goods, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually

c. receive the last lot, or the last part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of a good consisting of several lots or parts

d. receive the first goods in physical possession when it concerns agreements for the regular delivery of goods over a certain period

The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by e-mail info@safegear.com. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without also notifying us.

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

You must pay for the shipping cost of returning the product yourself.

As a business the right of withdrawal must have been specifically agreed in writing before making the purchase.
