Stainless Steel Mirrors: What is a security & safety stainless steel mirror?

Security Mirrors · Compliance & standards· Reviewed by SafeGear advisors

A stainless steel mirror is a convex mirror with a stainless steel surface. Because stainless steel is an alloy of iron and carbon, the mirror has high resistance to scratches, rust, corrosion and stains.

Stainless steel mirrors are unbreakable, as required by IFS (International Food Standard). They are suitable not only for places with strict hygiene conditions such as hospitals, kitchens and other food-processing areas, but also for road safety and vehicle inspection.
