Emergency exit signs and escape route signage are a legal requirement in all commercial, public, and multi-occupancy buildings. In a fire or emergency, the speed and reliability with which occupants can identify and follow an evacuation route is directly linked to the clarity and placement of exit signage — particularly in conditions of reduced visibility caused by smoke, power failure, or panic. A building that meets all other fire safety requirements but has inadequate or missing exit signage creates a serious and avoidable risk.

The range includes photoluminescent signs that absorb ambient light and remain visible for hours after a power failure without any electrical supply — ideal for stairwells, corridors, and escape routes where mains-powered illumination cannot be guaranteed. LED-illuminated signs provide high-visibility active signage for primary escape routes and are available in maintained (continuously illuminated) and non-maintained (illuminated only on power failure) configurations. Self-adhesive vinyl signs are available for supplementary directional marking along escape routes.
